Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Kiana Lux Cottage. However, we currently offer exchange only—no returns or refunds.

You may request an exchange if:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue details.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us within 7 working days.
  3. After inspection, we’ll send you a replacement piece.

Please Note:

  • Customized jewellery (e.g., name pendants, engraved items) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days after confirmation.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
